This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit onlineesolution.com or place an order through it.

2. Personal data we process

• Order data: first and last name, telephone number and delivery address that you enter in the order form, together with the product and offer requested and the technical parameters of your visit contained in the page address (for example campaign identifiers).
• Communication data: your email address and the content of messages and calls you exchange with our customer service, including the telephone call to confirm your order.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page visited and the date and time of access, processed automatically to deliver and protect the website.
• Advertising data: only if you accept marketing cookies, cookie identifiers and information on whether a visit from one of our ads led to an order request. No name, telephone number or address from the order form is sent to Google.

The data requested in the order form is necessary to process your order. Without it, the order cannot be handled.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your order request, contacting you by telephone to verify and confirm it, and delivering the goods: performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting, tax and other legal obligations: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Website operation, security and abuse prevention: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Measuring the performance of our advertising with Google Ads (marketing cookies): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the “Manage consent” button.

4. Recipients and service providers

Personal data is shared only with parties that help us run the website and fulfil orders, and only as far as necessary:

• Hostinger: hosting of the website and its data.
• Cloudflare: network delivery and security services for the website (usage data).
• Make.com: automation service that receives the data entered in the order form and forwards it for order processing.
• Adrice Network: receives the order request (name, telephone number, delivery address and the product and offer requested) for order processing.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads): only if you accept marketing cookies, advertising data as described in section 2 and in our Cookie Policy.
• Delivery companies: name, telephone number and delivery address, to deliver your order.

Data may also be disclosed to judicial or other authorities where required by law. The up-to-date list of processors is available on request.

5. International transfers

The data controller is based in Hong Kong, and service providers may process data in other countries. Your personal data may therefore be transferred outside the European Union. You have the right to obtain information on the legal basis for such transfers and on the safeguards adopted to protect your data by writing to us.

6. Retention

Data collected to perform a contract is kept until the contract has been fully performed, and for longer where required to meet legal obligations, for example tax and accounting rules, or by order of an authority. Data processed for legitimate interests is kept until that interest has been satisfied.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
