Returns and Refunds

This page explains how to cancel a purchase made on onlineesolution.com, how to return products and how refunds are made.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, receive the goods, without giving any reason. For some products the withdrawal period is longer; where this applies, it is stated on the product page, and it is never shorter than 14 days.

To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision to [email protected] or by letter to GLOBAL INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED, RM 01, 15/F, Goldsland Building, 22-26 Minden Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, before the period expires. Please include your name, order details and the products concerned. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

Returning the products

Send the products back, or hand them over, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you are withdrawing. Contact customer service before shipping: the company address above is for written communications only and is not a return address. Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer unless we ask you to.

You may handle the products only as needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. The refund is made using the same means of payment as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.

Damaged or faulty products

If a product arrives damaged or does not work as described, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and, if possible, photos. Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, described in our Terms and Conditions, are not affected by this policy.
