Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through onlineesolution.com. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Seller

The Seller operates onlineesolution.com and is the party to every contract concluded through it. Written communications and complaints should be sent to the contact details above.

2. Scope

Products are offered to consumers resident in Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Czechia, Hungary, Lithuania, Greece and Bulgaria, who buy for purposes unrelated to any trade or profession. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply and are not limited by these terms.

3. Products and prices

Products are described as accurately as possible on their product pages. Prices are shown in euro (€). No shipping or cash-on-delivery charges are added to the price shown on the product page.

4. How orders are placed and confirmed

To order, fill in the order form on the product page with your name, telephone number and delivery address. Sending the form is an order request and does not by itself conclude the contract. After receiving it, we may call you to verify and confirm the order details: product, total price and delivery address. When the contract is concluded and when you become bound by it are determined by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

If requested, an invoice will be issued in electronic format.

5. Payment

Payment is made in cash on delivery, directly to the courier when the order arrives.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours of telephone confirmation and delivered to the address of your choice (for example home or workplace) in the countries listed above. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.

Unless another period has been agreed, the order will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. This is the legal maximum, not a delivery estimate. If we cannot deliver within this period, we will tell you promptly, without prejudice to your rights in case of late delivery.

When you receive the goods, please check that the number of packages matches the transport document and that the packaging and sealing tapes are intact. If there is visible damage or signs of tampering, refuse the goods or accept them with reservation, noting the damage on the courier’s delivery note.

7. Availability

If a product you ordered is no longer available in the quantity requested, we will tell you and ask whether you want to wait for it or cancel the order.

8. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Some products may have a longer withdrawal period; where this is the case, it is stated on the product page. Details are on our Returns and Refunds page.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The Seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within at least two years (three years in Spain and Portugal), or any longer period provided by the law of your country. In that case you are entitled, free of charge, to have the goods repaired or replaced or, where the law provides, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. No commercial guarantee is offered in addition to the legal guarantee.

10. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure, such as accidents, fires, strikes, natural disasters or similar events beyond its control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the right of withdrawal, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Personal data

Personal data provided with an order is used to process and deliver it and to meet legal obligations. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated by publishing a new version on this site. The version in force when you send your order applies to that order.
